The service
VanBill is invoicing and quoting software for UK trades and self-employed businesses, in closed early access and not yet open to customers. Contact: support@vanbill.co.uk. By creating an account or joining the waitlist you agree to these terms.
Early access
During early access the service is free and provided “as is”. It's new software — we'll fix issues quickly, but you should keep your own records and check figures before relying on them. Founding members get preferential launch pricing when paid plans begin; we'll give clear notice before any charge.
Your responsibilities
You're responsible for the accuracy of what you invoice, for your own tax and VAT obligations, and for keeping your login secure (turn on two-factor authentication). You must not use VanBill for anything unlawful or to send content you don't have the right to send.
Your data
You own your data. You can export it as CSV at any time and request deletion of your account. We process your and your clients' personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, VanBill isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from figures you didn't check. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited under UK law.
