What does it cost?
Every plan starts with 30 days completely free, no card needed. After that it's Solo £15, Crew £29 or Firm £49 a month. If you decide not to stay, your account pauses but your data is kept safe and you can download all of it as spreadsheets whenever you want. No per-invoice fees, no cut of what you get paid, and no cap on how many invoices you send — the apps priced under us count your invoices and stop you at a handful a month.
Is my data safe?
Every business's data is isolated at the database level with row-level security, the same discipline banks use, and we prove it with automated attack tests before every release. Your client list is yours alone.
Do I need to be VAT registered?
No. Set every line to 0% and totals stay VAT-free. If you are registered, per-line VAT at 0%, 5% or 20% is built in and calculated server-side, correct to the penny.
Does it work on site with bad signal?
It's built mobile-first for exactly that life. Full offline mode is on the roadmap.
What about Making Tax Digital?
MTD-compatible VAT record-keeping is on the roadmap. It's one of the main reasons VanBill exists, because most cheap invoice apps ignore it entirely.
